Can you decode the secret message?

You can print the two decoder wheels below to help you solve the puzzle.
1. Print and cut out the circles.
2. Line up the circles on the black dots.
3. Use a pin or paper fastener to hold the two circles in place, the smaller circle on top. (you don’t need to tie them together but it’s fun!)
4. Rotate the wheel into different positions to figure out the code.

If for example, you think “P” is really “r” you would line up the “P” and “r” on your wheels, and write down the code. Then replace all the capital letters with it’s lowercase decoded equivalent. A good way to do this is write down the coded message on one line, and over each letter you write down the decoded letter.

First person to decode the message wins a prize. Comment on this post with your answer, but I wont show everyone the answers for a while. I’ll give people time to figure it out.
